The UK Newborn Screening Laboratories Network Annual Meeting brings together laboratory teams and screening partners from across the UK to share updates, best practice, and emerging developments in newborn screening. This year’s programme includes sessions on spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) screening, proposals for a rolling programme of in-service evaluations, and highlights of innovation and service improvements from UK laboratories. The meeting provides a valuable forum for collaboration, learning, and supporting high-quality screening services nationwide.
